Stop trying to fix your salespeople. Fix the assets they sell with.

Most sales training fails for a quiet reason: it depends on people changing their habits. When they don’t, the consultant gets blamed for an outcome they never controlled.
I took a different position. Instead of improving salespeople, improve the assets they use. The deck, the proposal, the ROI calculator, the follow-up sequence — those are tangible, controllable, and they don’t forget what they learned on Friday.
The deliverable is complete when the assets are delivered and accepted. Training is a premium add-on, not the core dependency. That’s a cleaner promise for you, and a lower-risk engagement for the buyer.
